MBI Benefits Card
The
MBI Benefits Debit Card is a MasterCard® that electronically
accesses and debits your FSA funds for eligible
services.
The MBI Benefits Debit Card can be used nationwide wherever MasterCard is accepted. Simply present the MBI Benefits Debit Card at time of payment to make qualified purchases for medical and dependent care goods and services directly from your flex account. The MBI Benefits Debit Card has smart technology built in. This allows it to debit the appropriate account and also prevent inappropriate usage (i.e. gas stations, restaurants, theaters).
Use your MBI Benefits Debit Card for:
- Eligible Medical, Dental and Vision Expenses up to the maximum amount you have selected for the year. You pay no interest on the amount advanced to you from this account.
- Eligible Dependent Care expenses (only the amount accumulated in this account from your actual payroll deduction is available. No advances are available). No interest is charged.
Reimbursements from FEBCO to you will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to your elected savings or checking account.
