Choice of three levels of benefits for specified cancer treatments such as Hospital Confinement, specified Medical Expenses, Transportation and Lodging, Surgery, Anesthesia, Radiation and Chemotherapy, Blood Plasma and Blood Components, Hospital Intensive Care, First Occurrence Benefits, Specified Disease Benefits and Waiver of Premium.
